What SplitOne is for
SplitOne exists to help a kart driver become faster at a specific track and layout. It is not a karting social network, and it is not just a lap logger.
Most rental karting results end up on a paper slip in a bin. If you keep them, you can see whether you are actually improving — and once you know where you stand at a layout, the useful question becomes what to try next. That answer usually comes from other drivers who know the same corners.
What we will not do
We never change your lap time
The time you recorded is the time. Corrections keep the original on record with a reason.
We do not pretend two different sessions are the same
Different layout, different kart class or unknown configuration means the comparison is labelled, not fudged.
We do not tell you a corner cost you 0.3s
Without telemetry that would be a guess dressed as analysis. Kart, grip, traffic and temperature all move lap time.
We are not affiliated with any venue
Track data and tips are ours or our community's. Nothing here is official venue instruction unless we say so explicitly.
