Common questions
My scanned result was read wrong — can I fix it?
Yes. A scanned result only counts once you confirm it, and if you spot a mistake afterwards a correction keeps your original scanned value on record together with the reason — nothing is silently overwritten.
Why is my lap time not on the leaderboard?
Ranking needs a known layout, a known kart class and a layout version we have confirmed. If any of those is missing, the session stays in your history but is not compared — the session screen tells you which piece is missing. Choosing to hide your results in Privacy also removes you from ranking.
Someone else's result is showing under my nickname
Imported historical results are not accounts — they are only matched to a nickname, and that match can be wrong. Use Remove or correct an imported result to have it corrected or taken down.
How do I delete my account and my data?
You can export your data and delete your account from inside the app, with a grace period before deletion completes. See our privacy policy for details.
A track's layout data is wrong
Email us which track and what looks wrong. We check it against the source before changing anything, since layout data feeds comparison and the leaderboard.
